that your data will be processed in compliance with the aforementioned legislation and in the manner and for the purposes specified below:
1 – TYPES OF DATA AND PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
The Data Controller, within the scope of its activity, processes personal data collected when the person concerned applies for a position by sending his/her curriculum vitae.
2 – PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
Specifically, your Personal Data is processed for the following purposes relative legal bases:
2.1 Execution of the contract – fulfilment of legal obligation (art.6 lett.b, lett.c).
The Data Controller will only process the personal data received for the purpose of personnel selection and evaluation of the candidate’s profile in relation to personnel recruitment activities.
In the case of the processing of Special Categories of Personal Data contained within the curriculum vitae, the legal basis must be found pursuant to Article 9(2)(a) of the GDPR, in the consent expressed by the data subject.
3 – RECIPIENTS OR CATEGORIES OF DATA RECIPIENTS
Personal data is not disclosed to third-party recipients, they are solely processed within the company.
4 – PROCESSING METHOD
The processing will be carried out manually and/or by computerised and telematic tools as well as using data processing and organisation software within the scope of the purposes mentioned above and with a view to guaranteeing the security, integrity, availability and confidentiality of the personal data.
In compliance with the provisions set out in Art. 5 paragraph 1 letter e) of the GDPR, the personal data collected will be stored in a form that allows the identification of data subjects for the period strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected.
5 – DATA PROVISION
Please note that, in view of the purposes of the processing specified in point 2.1, the provision of data is compulsory and failure to provide such data, in part or in full, may make it impossible to carry out the aforementioned personnel selection activities.
6 – DATA TRANSFER TO A THIRD COUNTRY AND/OR INTERNATIONAL ORGANISATIONS
Data of a personal nature provided for registration in the client area are not transferred outside the European Union.
7 – RETENTION PERIOD
Personal data is retained for a maximum period of 24 months.
8 – RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
You may, at any time, exercise your rights as set out in Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 of EU Regulation 2016/679, specifically:
access to personal data;
the correction or deletion of the data, as well as the limitation of the processing or portability of data concerning him or her;
oppose its processing; data portability;
to withdraw consent: withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of the processing based on the consent given before the withdrawal;
to lodge a complaint with the Control Authority (Garante Privacy)
