Pursuant to Article 13 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data (hereinafter, ‘GDPR’) that your data will be processed in compliance with the aforementioned legislation and in the manner and for the purposes specified below:

1 – TYPES OF DATA AND PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
The Controller, in the scope of its activity, processes your personal data (in particular, name, surname, email, telephone number – hereinafter, ‘personal data’ or also ‘data’) collected when you voluntarily enter personal data in the data collection form on the website operated by the Controller.

2 – PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
Specifically, your Personal Data is processed for the following purposes relative legal bases:

2.1 Execution of the contract – fulfilment of legal obligation (art.6 lett.b, lett.c).
Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:
a) fulfil pre-contractual obligations (handling information requests), contractual obligations;
b) fulfilling obligations required by law, regulations, EU legislation or by order of the Authorities (tax legislation etc.)

3 – RECIPIENTS OR CATEGORIES OF DATA RECIPIENTS
The personal data provided may be disclosed to third-party recipients in order to fulfil contracts or other related purposes. More specifically, the data may be shared with the recipients of the following categories:

– Legal and tax professionals and consultants;
– Banking Institutions;
– Authorities responsible for fulfilling legal obligations and/or provisions imposed by public bodies (Inland Revenue etc.);
– External parties who manage / support / assist the Controller in the provision of services, the administration of the information system and telecommunications networks.
The individuals belonging to the above-mentioned categories act as Data Processors, or operate completely independently as separate Data Controllers. The list of any Data Processors is constantly updated and available at the Data Controller’s head office.

4 – PROCESSING METHOD
The processing will be carried out manually and/or by computerised and telematic tools as well as using data processing and organisation software within the scope of the purposes mentioned above and with a view to guaranteeing the security, integrity, availability and confidentiality of the personal data.
In compliance with the provisions set out in Art. 5 paragraph 1 letter e) of EU Reg. 2016/679, the personal data collected will be stored in a form that allows the identification of data subjects for the period strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected.

5 – DATA PROVISION
Please note that, in view of the purposes of the processing specified in point 2.1, the provision of data is compulsory and failure to provide it, or the provision of partial or incorrect data, may make it impossible to process your request.

6 – DATA TRANSFER TO A THIRD COUNTRY AND/OR INTERNATIONAL ORGANISATIONS
Data of a personal nature provided for registration in the client area are not transferred outside the European Union.

7 – RETENTION PERIOD
Personal data is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and, in the event of revocation and/or any other termination of the contractual relationship, for the period within the maximum terms permitted by law. For the fulfilment of e.g. tax obligations.
Data will be retained for marketing purposes until consent is revoked or within the maximum terms permitted by law or by orders issued by the supervisory authority.

8 – RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
You may, at any time, exercise your rights as set out in Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 of EU Regulation 2016/679, specifically:

access to personal data;
the correction or deletion of the data, as well as the limitation of the processing or portability of data concerning him or her;
oppose its processing; data portability;
to lodge a complaint with the Control Authority (Garante Privacy)
